Preliminary plan 2024-
In a joint initiative by the owners and Equest BV, Genius Loci Amsterdam has drawn up a preliminary plan for the transformation of a former riding school complex into 10 residential buildings. The possibility of building on a very special site in Riouwstraat is currently being investigated.
