The Appelloods The Hague
Cultural Centre 2025- Genius Loci Amsterdam conducted a design study for the De Vogelwijk neighbourhood association in The Hague into the suitability of the building as a cultural destination for the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood association is taking over the wartime building from the municipality and will operate it. Client: De Vogelwijk neighbourhood association

Urban development plan for Riouwstraat, The Hague
Preliminary plan 2024- In a joint initiative by the owners and Equest BV, Genius Loci Amsterdam has drawn up a preliminary plan for the transformation of a former riding school complex into 10 residential buildings. The possibility of building on a very special site in Riouwstraat is currently being investigated.

Bridge over the IJ
2020- Design proposal for the construction of a pedestrian bridge over the IJ river in Amsterdam. Together with London-based architect Nik Randall, we launched the idea of realising his design for a bridge over the Thames in Amsterdam as well. The span is approximately the same. Bart Gremmer homes
Design criteria formulated 2024- For Bart Gremmer, who suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy, we have created a design tool that he can use to formulate the architectural modifications needed to accommodate Duchenne patients.
