GLA either does the work itself and seeks support, but it may well be that other aspects of the task require the involvement of other disciplines.
For example, a study may lead to a conference, a seminar, a film, a podcast, an essay or simply a report on a design study. Or even a draft proposal.
GLA then puts together a team of people who are capable of achieving the best possible results with the disciplines that have been brought together.
